Love Thy Body significantly change my perspective of my body. Knowing my body is part of my identity is incredibly reassuring.

God cares about all aspects of our health, not just our spiritual or social health (our faith and relationships).

The temple was a place of sacrifice, prayer and praise, dedications, the Law, fellowship, and God. What does that have to do with health?

1 Corinthians 3:16 says, “Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple..." God meant for us to take care of our bodies.

What does the Bible say about health? Do Christians have to be in shape? The Bible says we should have the ability to do our daily tasks.

The three major points from the book are that HAES is one extreme, should focus more on developing healthy habits, & reads like a religion.
